Agreement Notice: By placing an order through this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms regarding returns and refunds.

📋 General Policy

  • Returns are not accepted unless the goods supplied are incorrect due to an error by the seller or by the manufacturer/supplier
  • No returns will be accepted for goods incorrectly ordered by the customer where the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and vehicle registration number were not provided at the time of purchase
Important: This is a strict returns policy. Please ensure you order the correct parts for your vehicle.

👤 Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the correct part is ordered
  • The seller strongly recommends that customers provide the VIN and vehicle registration details at checkout to confirm compatibility
Recommendation: Always provide your VIN and registration details when ordering to ensure part compatibility and avoid ordering errors.

⚖️ Discretionary Returns

In exceptional and rare circumstances, the seller may, at its sole discretion, agree to accept a return not otherwise covered under this policy.

  • Where such a return is accepted, a restocking fee of not less than fifty percent (50%) and up to sixty-five percent (65%) of the original item cost shall apply
  • Restocking fee is subject to the brand and condition of the returned goods
High Restocking Fees Apply: Discretionary returns incur significant restocking fees of 50-65% of the original item cost.

📅 Return Conditions

For any authorised return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return must be requested within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale
  • Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted
No Unauthorised Returns: All returns must be pre-authorised. Items returned without authorisation will be rejected.

💰 Non-Refundable Charges

  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller
Customer Pays Return Shipping: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Exclusions

The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Special order items
  • Electrical components
  • Goods that have been fitted, used, or damaged
No Exceptions: Fitted, used, damaged, electrical, or special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
