General Policy
- Returns are not accepted unless the goods supplied are incorrect due to an error by the seller or by the manufacturer/supplier
- No returns will be accepted for goods incorrectly ordered by the customer where the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and vehicle registration number were not provided at the time of purchase
Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the correct part is ordered
- The seller strongly recommends that customers provide the VIN and vehicle registration details at checkout to confirm compatibility
Discretionary Returns
In exceptional and rare circumstances, the seller may, at its sole discretion, agree to accept a return not otherwise covered under this policy.
- Where such a return is accepted, a restocking fee of not less than fifty percent (50%) and up to sixty-five percent (65%) of the original item cost shall apply
- Restocking fee is subject to the brand and condition of the returned goods
Return Conditions
For any authorised return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return must be requested within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale
- Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted
Non-Refundable Charges
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the seller
Exclusions
The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Special order items
- Electrical components
- Goods that have been fitted, used, or damaged
