Getting It Right First Time
At Performance HQ Ltd, we specialise in precision automotive parts. To maintain our high standards and competitive pricing, we operate with the following policy:
- Returns are accepted when we've supplied incorrect goods due to our error or a manufacturer/supplier mistake
- To help you order correctly, we highly recommend providing your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and registration at checkout - this ensures perfect compatibility

Special Circumstances Returns
We understand that exceptional situations can arise. While our standard policy focuses on accuracy at the point of order, we may consider returns in special cases at our discretion.
If we agree to accept a discretionary return:
- A restocking fee of 65% of the item's original cost will apply to cover processing, inspection, and repackaging
- This helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers while covering the significant costs of processing returns
- The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging
Return Requirements
For any authorised return (subject to approval), these conditions must be met:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
- Items must be completely unused and in pristine, resaleable condition
- Original packaging, labels, and all accessories must be intact
- Prior authorisation is required - please don't send items back without contacting us first
Shipping & Handling
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable - these cover the real costs of getting parts to you safely
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error
- We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure safe delivery
Items We Cannot Accept Back
Due to the nature of automotive parts and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical components - for safety and reliability reasons
- Special order items - parts ordered specifically for you
- Fitted, used, or opened items - once installed or used, parts cannot be resold
- Damaged items - items showing any signs of installation attempts or damage
