Performance HQ Ltd aims to provide fast and reliable delivery across the UK and internationally. All orders are processed and dispatched via our trusted network of distribution partners and couriers.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed once full payment and any required vehicle information (such as VIN or registration number) have been received
- Most items are dispatched within 1–2 working days, subject to availability and order verification
- In some cases, delivery times may vary depending on the manufacturer's or supplier's dispatch schedules
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: typically 1–3 working days
- Remote areas (e.g. Highlands, islands): allow additional time
- Premium delivery services (e.g. next day, AM, Saturday) may be available on request for an additional charge
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination
- Certain large or heavy items may incur additional freight charges
Packaging and Handling
- All goods are carefully packed in accordance with industry standards to ensure safe transit
- Fluids and sensitive components are drained, sealed, or protected as required

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email or SMS where available
- Deliveries typically require a signature. If no one is available to receive the goods, the courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery
Delays and Non-Delivery
While we make every effort to meet delivery timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by:

Customers will be informed promptly of any known delay and given the option to wait, cancel, or substitute the order if applicable.
International Orders
- All international deliveries are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis unless otherwise stated
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import handling fees upon arrival
Receiving Your Order
- Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival
- If goods appear damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 working days, including photographic evidence
- Do not install or use faulty or damaged items, as this may void your eligibility for a replacement or refund
Incorrect Delivery Information
Performance HQ Ltd is not responsible for delays or lost items resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs
- For returns under our 14‑day Returns Policy, follow the instructions on our Returns page. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty
