AIRTEC Motorsport Cosworth Grp âAâ Oil Separator and Oil Catch Tank

The AIRTEC Motorsport Cosworth Grp âAâ Oil Separator and Oil Catch Tank is designed to improve the breathing of modified engines, allowing them to make more power once the engine has been set up. This kit replaces the original 20-year-old breather system, which was only designed for standard 215bhp.
The main difference between the fast road and the Grp âAâ separator is that the breather outlet, located on the bottom of the fast road, is moved to the catch tank. This is crucial for Big BHP Cosworthâs as it helps catch any oil that the oil separator canât cope with, especially under high boost pressure. Instead of the oil coming out of the separatorâs breather and going all over the engine bay, it is collected in the catch tank where it can be easily seen and drained.
The catch tank is also designed to look like a mirror image of the water header tank and sits around the left-hand suspension turret.
This kit includes a 25mm mini K&N style breather, a machined alloy pipe for the top of the cam cover, and an oil return pipe for the side of the block. Please note that connecting pipe work is not included, and you will require 16mm and 10mm bore pipe.
