Developed in-house at AIRTEC HQ in the UK, this Closed Air Induction System is a complete replacement for the stock air box. It features a shielded design made of GRP composite material for improved thermal efficiency. The system includes a large Group-A style cotton air filter that draws fresh air solely from the front intake, minimizing heat soak issues and ensuring the lowest possible intake temperatures.
The kit also includes an 80mm diameter replacement MAF housing and rear intake pipe, both finished in a sleek black powder-coated finish. High-quality Pro Hoses silicone connectors and all necessary fixtures and fittings are provided for a simple installation.
This Closed Air Induction System is dyno tested and proven to increase power. On our own modified Yaris GR, the system produced 335bhp, 5hp more than our open filter induction kit. Our thermal imaging camera also showed that it effectively repels heat build-up from the local area.
