PLEASE NOTE: This intercooler kit will require trimming to the bumper and radiator cradle, but the performance gains make it well worth it!

The AIRTEC front mount intercooler upgrade for the Mk6 Fiesta 1.6 diesel TDCI is designed to significantly improve performance. Featuring a 60mm core design and high-flow cast end tanks, this intercooler offers greater surface area, efficiency, and volume compared to the standard intercooler. Despite these improvements, it fits behind the original bumper, although some trimming and cutting are required for installation.
The comprehensive fitting kit includes all the necessary fixtures and fittings, along with step-by-step instructions accompanied by pictures. The installation process should take approximately 2.5 hours to complete.
The intercooler is available in a sleek Pro-Series Black finish, with the option to include or exclude the AIRTEC logo.
