Designed for fast road and track use, this intercooler kit has been tested and proven to provide a 12bhp increase on a Stage 1 car with only a remap installed.
Constructed with a high flow, single pass 60mm core design, this intercooler kit removes the restrictive VW intercooler and pancake setup, resulting in improved cooling efficiency and performance. It has been rolling road tested at AmD Tuning in Essex to ensure optimal performance.
The AIRTEC front mount intercooler kit includes:
- 1 x Huge 60mm core Intercooler with flowed cast end tanks
- High quality 4/5ply silicon hoses with no joins (available in Red, Black, and Blue)
- Stainless horn and ambient temperature support brackets with AIRTEC logos
- Retains original crash bar (requires minor cutting, detailed in instructions)

- Requires the rear of the middle grill/bumper area to be trimmed, left and right bumper grilles remain un-cut
