Oil catch cans are essential additions to maintain the performance and efficiency of Direct Injection engines over time.

AIRTEC Motorsport has developed a catch can kit specifically for the BMW M models, utilizing the available space in the engine bay. The kit includes a high-quality billet machined bracket, finished in anodized matt black, allowing the catch can to be neatly attached.

The catch can itself features an internal micron filter, baffle, and dipstick for easy maintenance. It comes with a comprehensive fitting kit, including all necessary fixtures and fittings, as well as a detailed installation guide.

Why do you need a catch can? The original oil breather setup can lead to carbon build-up inside the engine’s intake system, reducing air flow, performance, and efficiency. This build-up can be costly to clean, so it’s important to take preventative measures. A catch can also filters harmful contaminants before they reach the inlet system.
