With extensive experience in developing uprated oil cooler packages for various modified track and road cars, we faced the challenge of integrating a large capacity, external oil cooler neatly behind the front bumper of the Mk8.5 Fiesta. Due to limited space directly behind the open grille area, we developed an innovative solution. The oil cooler is mounted in front of the right-hand side arch liner and is fed a constant flow of cool air by an air feed duct included in the kit.

The AIRTEC Motorsport Oil Cooler Kit includes an AIRTEC oil cooler, bespoke laser-cut and powder coated brackets, high-quality braided hose lines with Aerotec fittings, a thermostat-controlled sandwich plate, and all necessary fixtures and fittings for a simple bolt-on installation. The kit is designed to seamlessly integrate with the car’s existing features and requires no drilling or cutting, making it completely reversible if needed.
