Description
H&R & Koni Clubsport Monotube Track Coilover Kit Limited Edition
The H&R x Koni Clubsport Coilover Kit is a precision engineered suspension upgrade designed for performance enthusiasts who demand uncompromising handling on track while maintaining a refined ride on the road. Developed in collaboration between H&R and Koni, this limited edition kit delivers motorsport grade performance for MQB platform vehicles equipped with 55 mm front strut housings.
Track Ready Damping with Everyday Comfort
At the heart of the Clubsport kit is a monotube damper system in an inverted (upside down) configuration, delivering exceptional chassis response and enhanced lateral stiffness. Independently adjustable rebound and compression damping each with 8 defined positions enables quick, repeatable tuning to suit road, track, or autocross conditions without the guesswork associated with over sensitive needle valve systems.
Adjustable Ride Height
Lower your vehicle precisely within TÜV approved limits:
- Front axle: 40 60 mm
- Rear axle: 30 50 mm
Key Features
- Monotube dampers with inverted configuration for improved strength and response
- Independent rebound and compression adjustability (8 settings each)
- H&R front top mounts with integrated camber adjustment
- Height adjustable design with part approval
- Pre assembled for straightforward installation
Fitment
This kit is not limited to the VW Golf 7. It is compatible with a wide range of MQB vehicles using 55 mm front struts, including:
- VW Golf Mk7 (GTD, GTI, R, TSI, TDI, Estate variants)
- SEAT Leon (5F) Hatchback, SC, ST across TSI, TDI, and Cupra models
Note for DCC Equipped VehiclesVehicles with factory fitted DCC, Magnetic Ride, or other adaptive damping systems require deactivation of electronic controls during installation. This must be carried out by an authorised workshop using appropriate resistor modules to eliminate dashboard fault messages.
For full compatibility details, see the extended fitment list tab and cross reference with your own vehicle’s specifications.
