Racingline Adjustable Drop Links

Racingline’s Adjustable Drop Links are an essential upgrade for any lowered or performance-oriented car. They are designed with one clear aim: to help achieve optimum suspension performance and geometric accuracy, and thus increase the effectiveness of your car’s anti-roll bar.

The Problem with Factory Drop Links

The original factory drop links are made with a fixed length and soft rubber joints, designed to complement the standard ride height. When a car’s ride height is lowered, the drop links pull the anti-roll bar ends up, forcing the bar out of its ideal operating window and causing the links to sit at a sharper angle. This pre-loads the anti-roll bar and introduces imprecision and a less direct steering feel.

The Racingline Solution

Developed for Racingline’s own race cars, these adjustable drop links solve this issue by allowing the driver to zero the pre-load on the anti-roll bar geometry. This is achieved with a +/- 5mm adjustment, which can be easily carried out with the links in-situ.

By replacing the soft factory rubber joints with motorsport-specification ball joints, these links provide a much more direct response when turning into corners. This greatly reduces flex and allows for a sharp, uncompromised transfer of suspension movement through to the sway bar.

Precision Engineering for Perfect Performance

The drop links are crafted from lightweight CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum bodies with a beautiful gloss black anodized coating. They feature left and right threaded ends, making for easy length adjustment without having to detach and re-attach them. Each link is fitted with high-strength, Teflon-lined steel ball joints and rubber dust boots to protect the joints from the elements.

Available in Two Lengths:

• 250mm: The ideal choice for cars running standard ride height, lowering springs, or a reasonable drop on coilovers.
• 200mm: Specifically designed for cars with a custom suspension setup, such as Racingline’s TrackSport suspension or other coilover kits with an adjustable sway-bar perch.
