The high performance intercooler features a new competition intercooler core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 340 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm + 340 mm x 173 mm x 70 mm (stepped core: 14.71 litres). With a 104% larger flow area and 120% more intercooler core volume compared to the stock intercooler, this high performance intercooler offers impressive performance.
The cast aluminium end boxes were CAD designed and optimised through CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is excellent cooling characteristics with minimal back pressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance core ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler through the use of a custom air baffle. This kit is thus perfectly suited for racing and provides optimal cooling of the supercharged air with a significant increase in performance.
The Wagner Tuning high-performance charge air cooler is equipped with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a durable and optimal cooling effect under all environmental influences.
