The high-performance intercooler features a new type of Competition intercooler core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 580 mm x 120 mm x 150 mm + 580 mm x 62 mm x 70 mm (stepped core: 12.96 litres). With an impressive 60% larger flow area and 118% more net volume compared to the stock intercooler, this cooler provides optimal cooling and a significant increase in performance for your Kia (Pro)Ced or Hyundai.
The cast aluminium end boxes were CAD designed and optimised through CFD simulations to ensure ideal internal airflow. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, the newly developed Competition high-performance core with a custom air baffle ensures sufficient airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. This kit is thus ideally suited for racing and provides optimum cooling of the supercharged air.
The intercoolers are provided with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which ensures a durable and optimal cooling effect even under extreme conditions. The installation is carried out without any problems at the original mounting points and is easy to perform thanks to the plug and play design.
