Wagner Tuning VAG MQB (EA888 Gen.4) Intercooler Kit
Introducing the Wagner Tuning Competition intercooler, the ideal solution to unlock the full potential of your vehicle and experience an exceptional driving experience. With impressive intercooler core dimensions of 620mm x 440mm x 65mm and an external charge air volume of 17.7 litres (compared to OEMs 9 litres), this high-performance intercooler ensures optimal cooling of the supercharged air.
Our newly developed Competition high-performance core (Tube Fine) not only provides outstanding cooling performance but also ensures sufficient airflow for adjacent components such as the water cooler. Despite its high performance, the intercooler remains lightweight, weighing just 9.2 kg in total. The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimised using CAD technology and CFD simulations to achieve optimum internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance intercooler core.
With an inlet and outlet diameter of 70 mm, this intercooler offers significantly lower backpressure compared to the standard intercooler. Additionally, all of our intercoolers feature a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which not only ensures protection against environmental influences but also has superior heat conduction properties. This provides a lasting and optimal cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance. Installation is straightforward by simply replacing the OEM intercooler.
